This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements and methods of sampling and test for dried vegetables and herbs for food use, offered for direct consumption or further processing, including for catering purposes or for repackaging, if required. This standard does not apply to vegetables powder/flour and herbs for which specific standards have been declared.
