Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 153: 2022, Packaged drinking water — Specification , notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/257, G/TBT/N/KEN/1286, G/TBT/N/RWA/692, G/TBT/N/TZA/811, G/TBT/N/UGA/1662 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 2nd July 2025 as EAS 153: 2025, Packaged drinking water — Specification (4th edition).
