This standard specifies the basic requirements and descriptive criteria for sweetened condensed milk intended for direct consumption or other manufacturing process, in conformity with the definitions clause of this standard.

Worth mentioning that this standard cancels and supersedes ES 1830-2 “Concentrated milk, Part 2: Sweetened condensed and concentrated milk”.
